Kenny has been doing CrossFit since 2014, drawn in by the camaraderie, variety, and intensity it had to offer. His favorite movements are snatches and muscle ups since they push you just as much mentally as they do physically. He finally decided to become a CrossFit Level 1 instructor in 2022, eager to share his passion with others and to make the CrossFit experience approachable, safe, and rewarding for all members- no matter their skill level!

While having only joined the CrossFit community a couple years ago, the culture and methodology resonated with Erica almost instantly. She immediately fell in love with the programming due to the undeniable results and great community. As a lifelong athlete, CrossFit has given her the opportunity to live a fit and healthy lifestyle for years to come and as a trainer, the ability to share that magic with others.
When not in the gym, you can often find Erica exploring local breweries with her fiance and two pups; Archie and Daisy.

With over 13 years of Fitness experience, Kerry has coached both small and large group fitness classes having been certified as an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, Les Mills Body Pump instructor, and Johnny G Spinning instructor. After taking a step back from Fitness coaching for the last several years to focus on her family, she discovered a new love in CrossFit. After spending two years learning, and developing her skills in the CrossFit world, she decided to attend a level 1 CrossFit training to become a CF-L1 coach. Outside of the CrossFit world, Kerry is a 48-year-old mother of 3, who enjoys spending time with family as well as her two large dogs Chewie and Gracie. Kerry loves to discuss any challenges with your nutrition and fitness and find innovative solutions to help guide you on your health and fitness journey.

Mikayla aka Mik graduated with a Doctorate of Chiropractic in 2021 from Northeast College of Health Sciences located in Seneca Falls New York. While earning her undergraduate degree at Castleton University, Mikayla majored in Exercise Science and Coaching. She was a collegiate athlete playing lacrosse and participating with a power lifting team at a local gym. During this time her passion for health care, wellness, and an active lifestyle grew. Growing up, her parents always instilled healthy eating habits, exercising regularly, and taking care of your body, which heavily influenced her lifestyle. Mikayla’s goal is to create a better future by inspiring today’s youth to live a more balanced lifestyle. She focuses on educating those around her about Chiropractic care, exercise, nutrition, and mental health. In her free time, Mikayla is always going on adventures and traveling to new places! She loves cooking new healthy meals, finding any reason to be outside, and spending time with friends, family, and her cat: Mazie.

Coach Jackie is a lover of all things movement and energy. Although she just recently received her L1 cert, Jackie has earned both her Masters and Doctorate in Exercise Physiology (go ahead and call her Dr. Coach if you’d like ;), and has been in the fitness industry for more than 10 years. She has held certifications in personal training, group exercise, strength and conditioning, and exercise physiology. As a lifetime learner, she’s also participated competitively as an athlete in a variety of sport, with most of her training spent in triathlons and professional bodybuilding. Having been into CrossFit for just one year, she believes that ANYONE can be an athlete and encourages all to try! Health is Wealth people— GET SOME!

NUTRITION COACH
Marissa is a CrossFit Level 1 instructor and has also been certified in the Burgener Strength Weightlifting Level 1 methodology, a Preferred CrossFit Course. She is also our nutrition coach here at CrossFit Sturbridge. She began dance and sports at an early age sparking her passion for health and fitness. While in college she taught dancers on the Framingham State University Dance Team. She discovered CrossFit in 2018 and fell in love with the methodology! A year later she began her coaching career at CrossFit Sturbridge and has been sharing her love and enthusiasm for CrossFit with others for the past two years. She looks forward to continuing her professional training and sharing that knowledge with our members!

Zack has over 15 years of professional experience in the fitness industry. He has dedicated the last 10 years of his life to CrossFit. He believes that the CrossFit methodology is applicable to all levels of fitness at any age. Zack believes in not training to get better at fitness, but using fitness to get better at life.
